We at Kanossa Convent celebrated Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour.

Colouring Competition - KinderGarten

Coloring competition was conducted for Kindergarten on 28/09/2019. Little ones have always fantasized about colors. Thus the first competition for this session 2019-2020 is Coloring Competition, where in students brought in their colorful imaginations. Children participated with zeal and showed their talent. It helped them in exploring new ideas, creativity as well as a sense of colours.

Olympiad

Olympiad examinations help to identify a child’s capability & real potential that may help them survive better in today’s modern competitive world.

Rhyme Recitation Competition

Rhymes help in developing physical awareness. Rhyming teaches children how language works. It helps them notice and work with the sounds within words.

PICNIC – TRIP TO FUN N FOOD VILLAGE, KAPASHERA BORDER, GURGAON. Picnic is a well known activity in school. Form casual launches to games, picnic provide an easy going environment to catch up & entertain kids. Picnic is a great stress buster for kids. Dusshera Celebration

Rangoli Making Competition

Education & Competition are two common elements of all human values. Any kind of competition plays an important role in academic achievement because it helps students to know their strengths & improve their performance. Rangoli is an art which precedes sculpture & painting. It is a custom to draw rangoli at the site of any auspicious religious ritual such as holy festival, a religious festival etc.

Christmas Celebration

Kanossa Convent School celebrated Christmas in all its joy & happiness. Chirstmas brings cheer and love & we celebrated it with the some fervour, spreading the message of love and joy among our little toddlers.

Vaccination Camp

Measles / Rubella Vaccination Camp was organized by health department on 10th Dec., 2018 in the school. Doctors & health workers administered the vaccination to students who were accompanied by their parents.

Independence day activities

The Independence Day celebration from nursey to 2nd Std. was held every year . The children were educated by explaining that the Independence Day of our country is celebrated on 15th of August of every year because India became a free and independent nation on 15th August 1947.

Kite making competition

To add another blooming bud to the bouquet of activities, a Kite Making Competition was organized for the students . The students participated in the activity with full zeal and fervour. It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to showcase their creativity that left the onlookers astounded.

Raksha Bandhan Celebration and Rakhi making Competition

The auspicious day of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at Kanossa Convent School. Raksha Bandhan is a special occasion to celebrate the bond between brothers and sisters symbolized by the tying of sacred thread, 'Rakhi' around the wrist of brothers.
