ADMISSION PROCESS

Admission guidelines for academic session 2025-2026

Selection for class Nursery
Registration forms are available at the school reception from November between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  

The best way to get admission is to get your child admitted in the nursery class as there is no written entrance examination.  

Selection for class L.K.G. onwards :-
Admission is granted only after the child qualifies in the written test. In all classes, the decision of principal regarding admission is final. 

Documents required at the time of admission:

1. Submission of filled registration form each column is to filled mandatory.  
2. For Nursery, L.K.G. and U.K.G., photocopy of birth certificate to be submitted at the time of admission.  
3. For class Ist and above, transfer certificate of previous school.
4. Two passport size photograph of the father, Mother & child each.
5. Photocopy of student adhaar card.
6. Previous year report card is mandatory.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL

  • It is mandatory for parents to attend the parents meeting (P.T.M).
  • The medium of our school is English and such every pupil is expected to speak English in the school campus. Everyone shall make a serious and determined effort to speak English both inside and outside the class.
  • It is essential that an authentic date of birth certification of the candidate be produced as evidence of his/her age at the time of admission.
  • Every student of this school is expected to be courteous in talk and behavior. Discourtesy of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • The school has the right to suspend of dismiss the student. Regular attendance or habitual want of application to one’s duty or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school or insubordination to authority of any other serious type of misconduct is sufficient reason for the suspension or dismissal of a student.
  • No student shall be admitted to the school without the transfer certificate from the school last attended and duly counter –signed by the concerned education officer.
  • No student will be granted leave without prior written application of the parents/guardians. In all cases permission is the discretion of the principal. Those who absent themselves for six consecutive days without the prior permission from the principal are liable to have their names struck off the rolls re-admission may be granted only after payment of fresh admission fee.
  • The principal may demand parents to withdraw those children in case they do not fit in with the regulations of the school or are not capable of any improvement or if the parents themselves do not co-operate with the school.
  • Pupils should attend the school regularly. The must reach the school at least five minutes before the assembly.
  • No pupil shall leave the school premises during school hours or recess without the previous permission of the permission of the director mam.
  • Parents or guardians will not be allowed to visit their children during school hours.
  • Pupils are not allowed to interview parents or visitors or the leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the director mam.
  • Students may have to stay back or come in the evening for sports practice and other activities when needed by the school.
